The goal of the 3rd S/DMPS intercomparison workshop will be to solve existing deviations among the
upgraded spectrometers during the workshop with respect to counting accuracy, sizing accuracy, shifting particle number
distributions,and discrepancies between custom-made and IFT inversion algorithms.
The workshop will build on the results of the last 2008 workshop where most systems had been modified and harmonized
according to EUSAAR standards, and it is planned to take place with a limited number of skilled participants.
All participants must be experienced with the operation of the mobility spectrometers, the data acquisition,
and the inversion programme.
