The organisational structure of EUSAAR comprises the following bodies:

- General Assembly: the ultimate decision-making and arbitration body,

- Scientific Steering Committee: the supervisory and management body for the execution of the networking and joint research activities,

- Advisory Board: the consultative body ensuring the science-driven evaluation of the transnational access activities,

- Coordination Office: the coordination body responsible for the scientific, financial and administrative management of the project.
